1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sh999.ws, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the sh999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and sh999 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using sh999.ws and all associated services. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of sh999.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

• Single account: You may only hold one registered account on sh999. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, either through sh999's own self-exclusion system or through any third-party responsible gaming programme, at the time of registration or continued use.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and current. sh999 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of sh999 services — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. sh999 may, at its sole discretion, require additional documentation at any point during the account lifecycle to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. sh999 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified accounts; mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 2 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed, or the bonus forfeited prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on your account (for anti-fraud purposes).
• Your account must not be under review for suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms. As a general principle, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute differently towards the wagering requirement. 6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the sh999 platform:

• Sports betting: All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and market availability displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised prior to event settlement.
• Void bets: sh999 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) the odds offered were materially incorrect due to a technical error; (c) the bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined (late bet); or (d) the player exploited a pricing error.
• Cricket betting: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, standard market rules apply. In the event of a match being reduced by weather (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method), markets will be settled based on the official match result. Matches abandoned without a result will be voided.

• Technical errors: In the event of a technical fault or communication failure during a game or bet, sh999 will apply its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round or bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sh999. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or submitting fraudulent identity documents.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using sh999 services while under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access for an underage person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, sports betting, or any other competitive format on the platform.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit bonus offers without genuine manual play.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through matched or arbitrage betting strategies designed to generate risk-free profit from sh999 bonuses.
• Money laundering: Using sh999 to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity or for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider for funds that were genuinely deposited and wagered on sh999.
• Hacking and exploitation: Attempting to access sh999 systems without authorisation, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or circumventing security measures of any kind.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

sh999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The most common grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring sh999 to restrict access.

Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their sh999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification. Self-exclusion requests are treated as a separate process under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Dormant account policy: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or bet placed). sh999 will notify you via email prior to applying a dormant account maintenance fee of ৳100 per month. The maintenance fee is only applied when the account balance is greater than zero and will not cause the balance to fall below zero. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by completing a successful sh999 Login.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sh999 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the sh999 platform, whether or not sh999 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or internet connectivity issues outside sh999's direct control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where sh999 has not been notified and where the breach resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in sports data, odds, or market information provided by third-party data feeds. Where a material pricing error is identified, sh999 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Gambling losses incurred on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a normal and foreseeable outcome of gambling activity.

Nothing in these Terms limits sh999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by sh999's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

sh999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus policies, or eligibility criteria — sh999 will provide reasonable notice via a notification banner on the platform and/or an email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of sh999 following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you must stop using sh999 before the change takes effect and contact support to arrange the return of any available real-money balance. You will not be penalised financially for choosing to close your account solely because you disagree with a Terms amendment.
